Description

Tea cocktail
For me autumn is the abundance of citrus. And the color of autumn, and the smell - all of them! But what if in the South we are all still quite green, and fall only on the calendar? So my autumn cocktail with a citrus note, it's exciting, fresh, incredibly flavorful and full of vitamins which are so necessary in the autumn.

Cooking

step-0
To create the perfect flavor and aromatic bouquet for your cocktail I chose Hayles tea with lemon. In my opinion, is the best choice!
step-1
To remove the zest from 1 orange, 1 lemon and 1 Mandarin. Put the zest in a saucepan, add cloves, cinnamon and tea.
step-2
Pour the aromatic spices with boiling water and put on low heat for 5 minutes.
step-3
Disassemble into slices and cut into half orange and half tangerine.
step-4
Slices of citrus fruit folded into a pitcher, squeeze the juice of 2 oranges and 1 lemon, add honey. Stir well with a wooden stick to dissolve the honey.
step-5
Add to the juice the strained broth and once again stir well. You can serve it both hot and cold. Decorate with slice of orange or lemon. When applying a cold drink to cool completely, cool, add ice cubes and insert a straw. By the way, cold on the second day resembles a thick peach juice. Enjoy your drink!
