Cheesecake without baking with marshmallow cream
Option-2. Incredibly tender and delicious Cheesecake. Highly Recommended!

Ingredients

  • Syrup berry

    50 g

  • Marshmallows

    400 g

  • Milk

    300 g

  • Butter

    120 g

  • Lemon juice

    4 tsp

  • Cookies

    350 g

  • Cocoa powder

    3 tsp

  • Mascarpone

    500 g

Cookies grind in a meat grinder or in a food processor or blender.

Melt the butter in the microwave.

Add cocoa to cookies and stir.

Then add the melted butter to the crumbled cookies and stir.

Put in refrigerator for 20 minutes while we make the cream.

Make the cream. Put in glass bowl 250 gr mascarpone and 200g white marshmallows. Put in microwave with a power of 800 W for 2 minutes.

Do in 2 stages. It is better and easier to mix.

Add 150 grams of milk and stir. Add 2 tsp of lemon juice. This is for half portions. Repeat the procedure and connect the two masses.

Combine all the cream and pour into prepared pan. Give the cream a bit to harden. But not much, so we can decorate. The droplet needs to be on the surface of the cream.

Proceed to decor. We will need a thick syrup, syringe or pipette.

Drip drops of syrup, starting from the centre, in a spiral.

With a toothpick starting from the center, are in the middle of the droplets without moving your hands to the last drop. Here is a picture we get. Practice on a silver platter.

Put Cheesecake in the fridge. Better at night.
