Soup
Under this name I found this soup in one of the culinary Newspapers almost 20 years ago. Many thanks to the author: in his student days, when the fridge tight with meat, this soup helped. Well, simply delicious! My children are now swept away without a trace! And it's so easy to prepare that even for those who do not know which side to step up to the plate!

Ingredients

  • Potatoes

    6 piece

  • Carrots

    1 piece

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Sausage

    350 g

  • Water

    2 l

  • Vegetable oil

    2 Tbsp

  • Chicken egg

    6 piece

  • Bay leaf

  • Black pepper

  • Sour cream

  • Greens

Cooking

Put on the fire a pot of water (I usually pour 2-2,5 litres in a 5 litre pot, because in the cooking process, the amount of content increases significantly), and this time, peel and cut into small cubes the potatoes.

Three grated carrots, along with potatoes and throw into the pot.

Fry the chopped onion until Golden brown. Add diced sausage, fry until Golden brown.

Give the potatoes and carrots to simmer for 15 minutes, then add to the sausage along with butter, in which it was cooked. All this boils for another 5 minutes. Yeah, I almost forgot: here it is necessary to add salt! Turn off the heat.

Add chopped in any form boiled eggs, Bay leaf and black pepper (5 pieces). Cover with a lid and allow to stand for 5 minutes.

When serving, decorate with greens and will add a spoon of sour cream! Bon appetit!
