Two snacks on a picnic
Offer You two appetizers: fried onion and vegetable salad in pita bread. Delicious, easy, perfect for a picnic.

Ingredients

  • Shallots

    7 piece

  • Brown sugar

    2 tsp

  • Soy sauce

    4 Tbsp

  • Olive oil

    2 Tbsp

  • Cabbage

    2 handful

  • Cucumber

    1 piece

  • Tomato

    1 piece

  • Radishes

    4 piece

  • Pita

    1 piece

  • Butter

    2 Tbsp

  • Sour cream

    2 Tbsp

And so, starter number 1 - fried onion. The most interesting appetizer of 4 ingredients: onion, soy sauce, sugar, olive oil.

Onions get rid of the roots, if necessary peel them, but a necessary part of keeping it!!! Mix with oil, sugar and soy sauce (there are actually a number of taste and you can even spice some to sprinkle), that put up with skin.

Well we pack in foil and send in a preheated 180 degree oven for 50 minutes. And at a picnic it can be baked together with potatoes in the coals or on the grill.

Now, salad in pita bread. Just amazing stuff! I do like to use soy sauce instead of salt)) And so, we need vegetables: cabbage, radish, cucumber and tomatoes, and soy sauce (Kikkoman TM), green onions, sour cream and pita bread.

Finely chop the cabbage, mix with soy sauce and a little mash by hand.

Now cut the pita bread into 2 servings, melt the butter and coat them with pita bread: it will prevent him from softening of vegetable salad. And cut the vegetables: radish thin circles, tomato large enough, a cucumber thin into strips.

On pita bread put cucumber, tomato, radish and finely chopped shallots, put the cabbage in soy sauce and a little sour cream.
