Cooking
4 teaspoons of black tea.
Tea pour 500 ml of boiling water.
And leave to infuse in a thermos for 15 minutes.
50 gr. melted butter and 4 tablespoons of barley flour.
Dissolve the butter and fry the flour over low heat for 5-7 minutes.
The mixture should be without lumps. After 7 minutes, the flour has darkened, there was a pleasant smell.
It's been 15 minutes, drain the tea from it all.
Bring it to boil on medium heat.
Measure out 200 ml of warm milk.
Measure out 150 ml of 11% cream.
They are also added to tea, stir.
Add fried flour. Cook for 10 minutes on low heat, constantly stir. Clumps should disperse.
Something like this should work.
Measure out 0.5 teaspoon of ground black pepper.
Add the peppers in a tea, add 0.5 tsp. salt. Mix well. The tea is ready.
