Smoothies with buckwheat and raspberries
Smoothies - my go-to guy for hot summer days! This thick drink is not only tasty but also very useful. And he could easily replace a dinner.

Ingredients

  • Buckwheat

    1 pack

  • Yogurt

    150 g

  • Cheese

    200 g

  • Raspberry

    200 g

  • Sugar

    1 Tbsp

  • Vanilla sugar

    1 pack

  • Salt

Buckwheat cook in boiling, slightly salted water according to the instructions on the package. Cool.

In the bowl of a blender put the yogurt, raspberries, cottage cheese, buckwheat and raspberries.
