Pumpkin soup with meatballs
Offer a wonderful, delicious soup that will appeal to both adults and children.

Ingredients

  • Pumpkin

    600 g

  • Minced chicken

    200 g

  • Broth

    1000 ml

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Garlic

    1 tooth

  • Ginger

  • Olive oil

    2 Tbsp

  • Greens

  • Soft cheese

    100 g

  • Black pepper

  • Salt

It is the products. Chicken broth in the cooking stage. I have used ready pieces of pumpkin, peeled and chopped.

Pumpkin boil in salted chicken broth for 10 to 15 minutes.

Minced salt, pepper and form small balls - meatballs, onions and garlic - finely chop.

Ginger RUB on a small grater, if the soup is intended for children from ginger should be abandoned. Greens chop finely.

Onions and garlic fry in hot olive oil until Golden and add to the pot the pumpkin, boil for a few minutes.

If the soup will be watery, add 100 g of any cheese or crumbled soft cheese.
