Cooking
Zucchini cut into fine strips (I'm a bit clear).
Slightly prisolit and sprinkle with lemon juice, mix well. Leave for 10 minutes.
Shred cabbage thinner, add sugar, red chili pepper, lightly grind.
Carrots grate on a grater.
Combine all the vegetables, garlic skip through the press, add the olive oil, season the salad, add the chopped greens. Check for salt. Season with olive oil. Mix gently.
