I present to you a salad, but for me personally it is a separate dish, as it contains protein and fiber needed for each meal.

Cooking
Liver wash, dry towel, dip them in flour. Fry on both sides. In a pan, add 30-50 ml. of water, cover with a lid and simmer the liver until evaporation of water. Boil eggs in steep.
Radishes and cucumbers cut into strips and mixed them.
Make the dressing. For this mix lemon juice, oil, mustard, salt, sugar.
Begin to collect a salad. On the dish lay out lettuce leaves.
On lettuce leaves, pour the cucumbers and radishes.
Spread on top the liver and egg. Top with seasoning. Optionally sprinkle the salad with sesame seeds.
