Meat in Korean
Jeon (Jun). Korean traditional recipe of meat, is one of a kind world-famous and beloved bulgogi (bulgogi). Jeon is grilled meat, fish or vegetables, thinly sliced and laid on a base usually of boiled rice, potatoes or beans.

Ingredients

  • Beef

    500 g

  • Flour

    0.5 cup

  • Soy sauce

    1 Tbsp

  • Salt

    1 tsp

  • Green onions

    2 Tbsp

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Vegetable oil

    4 Tbsp

  • Garlic

    2 tooth

  • Sugar

    1 tsp

  • Dry white wine

    1 Tbsp

  • Sesame oil

    0.5 tsp

  • Black pepper

Prepare the marinade: mix soy sauce, chopped green onions, chopped garlic, wine, sugar, sesame oil and black pepper.

Meat cut into rectangular pieces and mix with marinade. Leave at least an hour, preferably overnight in the refrigerator (cooking time excluding the time needed for marinating)

In a separate Cup mix the flour with half the amount of salt in the other Cup - eggs with the second half of the salt.

Every piece of meat and dip them in flour,

Then drop in the egg

Fry in a pan with hot oil until Golden brown.
