Salad of zucchini
Many years made this salad, he's one of my favorites. So I decided to share with you, dear cooks, maybe someone will like it. Photos from last year, did not dare to put the recipe. A delicious collation)) Crunchy, sweet slices of zucchini in the tomato pickle with hot potatoes - how delicious!

Ingredients

  • Zucchini

  • Tomato

    2 kg

  • Pepper

    3 piece

  • Onion

    2 piece

  • Carrots

    4 piece

  • Sugar

    1 cup

  • Salt

    5 Tbsp

  • Vinegar essence

    1 Tbsp

  • Vegetable oil

    1 cup

Zucchini and peppers clean

and cut into cubes.

Combine all together and stir.

Tomatoes mince.

Put on the fire after boiling, put sugar, pour vegetable oil, mix well and lay the vegetables. Bring to a boil and cook over low heat 20 minutes. NOW add salt (not before!!!), mix again, remove from heat and add vinegar.

Spread into hot, sterilized jars and preserve. Turn over, cover with blanket and leave until morning.
