Banana-pear jam with white chocolate
Amazing jam - a gentle, obvolakivayuschee, with chunks of pear and banana silk, with just a hint of white chocolate and almonds! Good in itself, and as you add in the sour cream, cream, as a layer of biscuits.

Ingredients

  • Banana

    600 g

  • Pear

    400 g

  • White chocolate

    1 piece

  • Orange

    1 piece

  • Lemon juice

    2 Tbsp

  • Galereya mix

    1 pack

  • Sugar

    500 g

Cooking

Slice the bananas in thin slices.

Add finely chopped slices of pear.

A squeeze of orange juice and fill with lemon juice or Limoncello in the fruit, add 2 tbsp of sugar from the total, mix well.

Cover and leave for 2 hours.

Put on fire, add gelfix, stir and cook stirring until boiling. Add the sugar, bring to a boil and cook for 3 minutes. Turn off the heat, add chocolate, stir until dissolved.

Immediately put in sterilized jars, tighten the lid and flip the lid on for 15 minutes.
