Creamy soup with salmon
We bought a slice of salmon, at first I thought with our Italian pig to change, but came across the recipe for this soup and I could not resist. Very gently did it!

Ingredients

  • Salmon

    400 g

  • Cream

    250 ml

  • Potatoes

    2 piece

  • Carrots

    1 piece

  • Cognac

    4 Tbsp

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

  • Greens

Cooking

Potatoes cut into cubes, pour a liter of water and boil.

Carrot three on a small grater.

Fish cut into small pieces and 5 minutes after boiling potatoes, put it into a saucepan and cook for 5-7 minutes.

Now add carrots, cook for another 5 minutes, pour in the cream, salt, pepper, bring to a boil, add the brandy and turn off heat.

Pour our soup in the plates and with a slight dizziness from the scent of a treat.
