Description
This Chinese dessert is translated as "caramel apples". But here apples are not just caramel, but also fried in batter. Try it, this dessert is sure to please both adults and children.

Cooking
Make the batter by mixing the flour, egg and adding the water enough to get the consistency of sour cream.
Apples peel and cut into large slices.
Coat each slice in flour.
Fry in boiling oil until Golden brown.
Spread on paper towel to remove excess oil.
In a saucepan tolstym bottom heat 2 tbsp oil, add sugar and stirring constantly, bring to a state of caramel. As soon as sugar (caramel) will become Golden brown, immediately reduce the heat to low. For dessert, I use small cane sugar TM Mistral.
Add in caramel and sesame.
Serve in a oiled plate, so the apples do not stick together.
