Description
In France there are countless recipes for chocolate cakes and pies. But this one is really special! It is simply created for the true connoisseurs of chocolate — those who want to enjoy a chocolate bar, but that it was in the form of delicious cake. Delicate top layer of custard with a soft aroma and taste of vanilla, turning into a refined layer with a deep rich taste and consistency of melted chocolate, and the bottom layer is a surprisingly nice-crumbly (but not dry).

Cooking
Melt chocolate with cream in a water bath. When the chocolate is almost completely dissolved (but will still have small pieces), remove the saucepan from the water bath and set aside until the chocolate melts completely.
RUB with powdered sugar softened butter.
Separate the yolks from the whites. Beat the egg yolks with the chocolate and then mix with the butter-sugar mass.
Whisk whites with a pinch of salt in a stable foam.
Flour screened with baking powder and to gently introduce the spatula into the chocolate mass.
And, finally, add the beaten egg whites.
Grease the form of butter, pour into it the pastry, put in a preheated 180 C oven for 20-25 minutes. Readiness check with a knife: if you omit the knife to half, the middle of the knife to bear traces of chocolate. If the knife comes out clean — the cake is dry. I managed not to miss the right moment, so the cake turned out to be baked and with a soft, "melting" the top layer.
