Stuffed potatoes with minced meat
Mafroom — dish of the Jewish cuisine, which came from the Middle East and North Africa. It is very popular in Libya. This dish is a stuffed with minced meat potatoes.

Ingredients

  • Potatoes

Cooking

For cooking stuffed potatoes take the ground beef.

Bread, onion, salt, one egg, black pepper and 50ml water in a blender grind in a homogeneous mass.

Powdered mixture you add to the stuffing.

Now add ground cinnamon and mix all the ingredients and beats the stuffing until smooth, then leave it under cover to infuse.

The potatoes will be cut into washers and then each washer make the cut, but not completely.

Fill the space between the potato slices with minced meat.

Now prepare the batter: whisk egg with a fork, add tomato paste and black pepper. In a separate bowl place the flour.

Heat in a frying pan over medium heat vegetable oil. Fry the slices of stuffed potatoes on both sides until it will turn brown.

While the potatoes roast, in a saucepan heat the oil and fry it chopped onion and garlic, pepper to taste. Stir and fry for 1 minute.

Then add the peppers and tomatoes pureed tomatoes.

5 minutes until cooked in the sauce add dressing to pickle, MAGGI. Mix everything.

Put in sauce fried stuffed potatoes. Bring to a boil, reduce the heat so that the boiling was very weak and simmer under cover for 30 minutes. If the sauce boils away quickly, then slowly pour tomato juice.
