Not cooked gooseberries usually, sugar spared! And now the crisis in the yard - have for the winter to stock up.

At first the idea was just to skip the gooseberries through a meat grinder and add kiwi and sugar, and raw just to roll up in banks, but when I missed the gooseberries through a meat grinder and strained the lot through a sieve to remove the seeds (well, I do not tolerate them and that's it!!) and saw the green mass, well, just a bright green, to close it in banks without heat treatment I just decided not to!!

Cooked in two steps. The first time a little cooks 15 minutes from the moment of boiling, removing foam, which by the way was quite a lot. The next morning was govorila jam until tender. It turned out very well! Acidity of gooseberry and soft peach and the sweetness and flavor of banana. Nice variety, very tasty! Try it!!!
