Herring, if you want to carve, cut slices of 1-1. see Soak the prunes with raisins, prunes cut into small pieces.
Cut onion into quarter rings
Fry the onions in a sufficient amount of vegetable oil
Add to the onions prunes and raisins, cover, and saute 7-10 minutes
Next add the tomatoes, mustard, sugar and vinegar ( salt to taste), all the other spices except the oregano! Pour a little water. and saute for 3-4 minutes.
At the end add marjoram, stir, and allow to cool
On the bottom of the bowl or a jar, put a layer of sauce, then herring, and so layers.
Put into the refrigerator, at least a day.
