Salad with beets and young cabbage
Fresh and healthy salad of young vegetables with pickled onions in soy sauce and balsamic vinegar, seasoned with sunflower oil, unrefined.

Ingredients

  • Beets

    1 piece

  • Carrots

    1 piece

  • Cabbage

    200 g

  • Sunflower oil

    2 Tbsp

  • Peppers red hot chilli

    0.25 tsp

  • Salt

    0.5 tsp

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Garlic

    2 tooth

  • Brown sugar

    2 tsp

  • Soy sauce

    2 Tbsp

  • Balsamic

    1 Tbsp

Cooking
