Tomato soup with canned salmon
The easiest soup to give - from canned fish. Today we will make tomato version with salmon. For zest, add olives, and for satiety - rice TM "Mistral".

Ingredients

  • Canned fish

    1 can

  • Figure

    2 pack

  • Green olives

    1 can

  • Broth

    1.5 l

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Garlic

    3 tooth

  • Vegetable oil

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

  • Spices

  • Tomatoes in own juice

    400 ml

Cooking

Rice TM "Mistral" cook in boiling salted water until tender, according to package instructions (25 minutes).

While cooking the rice, onion finely chop, crush the garlic. Fry in vegetable oil in a heavy-bottomed pan until transparent.

In a pan, add pureed tomatoes and vegetable broth (or water), bring to boil, cook for 10 minutes.

From the olives to drain the fluid. Olives with salmon add to the soup, season with salt and pepper, season with herbs, cook for 5 minutes.

In the soup add cooked rice, bring to a boil. The soup is ready!
