Soup with buckwheat and mushrooms
Easy, hearty and flavorful soup will warm You on a rainy day. Nice!!!

Ingredients

  • Oyster mushrooms

    100 g

  • Water

    1.5 l

  • Potatoes

    4 piece

  • Carrots

    0.25 piece

  • Shallots

    3 piece

  • Buckwheat

    2 Tbsp

  • Pepper

    0.25 piece

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

  • Garlic

    1 tooth

  • Greens

    2 Tbsp

Cooking

Potatoes cut in half and cover with water.

Add the buckwheat.

Onion, carrot and pepper into small cubes. Mushrooms into strips. Fry until Golden brown.

Prepared potatoes and buckwheat slightly mash in the pan. Add fried vegetables, salt and pepper, cook for another 10 minutes. In the end, add finely chopped garlic and parsley. Turn off the heat and let the soup to infuse for 15-20 minutes. Bon appetit!
