Fill the pie with apricots

Ingredients

  • Chicken egg

    3 piece

  • Cheese

    250 g

  • Cream

    100 ml

  • Sugar

    75 g

  • Vanilla sugar

    1 pack

  • Pudding vanilla

    1 pack

  • Apricot

    400 g

  • Red currants

    200 g

  • Flour

    200 g

  • Leavening agent

    1 pack

  • Cheese

    100 g

  • Sugar

    50 g

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Salt

    1 pinch

  • Sunflower oil

    2 Tbsp

Cooking

In a separate bowl, mix flour, baking powder, curd, sugar, salt, eggs and sunflower oil. Cover the dough with cling film and leave in the fridge for 30 minutes.

Form 25x35 well lubricated with oil. Form with high sides, minimum 3 cm. Spread the dough.

Distribute the batter across the surface of the formed sides. I do everything wet hand.

Apricots cut in half. Remove the seeds and cut into crescents. Spread on the dough, apricots and red currants (I have frozen).

In a separate bowl, mix the eggs, cheese, cream, pudding, sugar and vanilla sugar.

Pour fruit. Bake in preheated oven at 180 degrees for 40 minutes. The oven off and open the door to leave the cake for 10 minutes.
