Strezelecki cake
Delicious, absolutely dry cake with a layer of homemade plum jam and light chocolate notes, has long taken root in our family, I highly recommend, try it!

Ingredients

  • Flour

    500 g

  • Butter

    250 g

  • Chicken egg

    4 piece

  • Powdered sugar

    2 Tbsp

  • Sugar

    5 Tbsp

  • Leavening agent

    1 tsp

  • Cocoa powder

    2 Tbsp

  • Jam

    350 g

  • Cognac

    1 Tbsp

  • Salt

  • Walnuts

    2.5 Tbsp
