Description
Delicious brownies with a delicate shortbread base and sweet filling of cottage cheese and pudding. Can be used in the form of a cake or cut into pieces a La carte. This recipe you can use as the basis for a variety of different ingredients — raisins, nuts, cinnamon, and various berries.

Cooking
Margarine grate on a coarse grater.
ProSuite of flour, mix with baking powder. Add in margarine, add sugar, vanilla sugar. Mix all with your hands. I use a special hatchet for the test. Turn the mixture into crumbs.
Prepare the sauce. All products (cottage cheese, eggs, sugar, pudding, orange zest) loaded into the container. Whisk until smooth.
Form (I have 24 x 24) oil, lay a baking paper. Spread 1/2 of the flour crumbs.
Chips pour the prepared filling.
To fill to put the remnants of the crumbs.
Bake in a preheated 180*C oven for 30-40 minutes, be guided by your oven.
You can write in a form that will be cake. But I cut using molds for baking, which was sent to me as a present Larisa Kleine Hase, into serving pieces.
