Described the recipe in his diary, but was asked to publish the recipe, so I duplicate the recipe here:) I want to share a simple, unpretentious recipe of chicken baked with buckwheat. The site has seen similar recipes, but they all cereals need to pre-process (infuse or boil). In my simple version is nothing like the porridge you need to do. It's very simple!

Cooking
So, first prepare all products: Cut finely the onion and grate on a fine grater garlic. Cheese grate. Chicken wash and cut into slices. Buckwheat also thoroughly wash.
Now we start to put all in greased pan: 1)washed cereals 2)onion and garlic 3)chicken, salted and peppered to your taste 4)the Chicken grease with the sour cream 5)add in the baking hot salt water 6)pieces of chicken sprinkle cheese to form a Golden brown crust, retaining all the richness of a chicken 7)put everything in the oven, preheated to 180 degrees
After about 40-60 minutes (depends on your oven) get the pan and enjoy the fragrant buckwheat juicy and less juicy chicken. Bon appetit:)
