Description

Fish-potato cutlets in German
This recipe I with insistent regularity meet in different German publications. Seems to be simple products, but there are some subtleties... Maybe You will be interested, like me, to understand what is the popularity of this recipe.

Ingredients

  • Potatoes

    450 g

  • Fish

    225 g

  • Salmon

    225 g

  • Cheese

    2 Tbsp

  • Bay leaf

    1 piece

  • Green onions

    2 Tbsp

  • Spices

  • Bread crumbs

  • Vegetable oil

  • Allspice

    6 piece

Cooking

step-0
Boil in salted water the potatoes for 10-15 minutes. I always add water a little oil to shorten cooking time.
step-1
2 boil the fish with Bay leaf, allspice and a few tablespoons of oil for 7-8 minutes. If the fish pieces, then boil with the peel, and then separate the filet from the skin and bones.
step-2
Mash the potatoes along with fish fillets.
step-3
Add cheese and green onions, salt, pepper. Cool. Leave, if possible, in the refrigerator for 1 hour.
step-4
From potato-fish dough to form a round thick patties (8-9 pieces), roll in breadcrumbs...
step-5
And fry in vegetable oil until it will turn brown. (Sorry for the photo!)
step-6
It turns out a separate dish - fish and side dish 2 in 1! Can be served with tomato sauce or just like that. Calorie serving (2 patties) - 320 Calories, that's probably why the recipe was in the book, "Light cuisine". Bon appetit!
