Cream of chicken soup with green peas
A gentle soup.

Ingredients

  • Chicken

    250 g

  • Potatoes

    3 piece

  • Carrots

    1 piece

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Green peas

    400 ml

  • Milk

    1 cup

  • Flour

    1 Tbsp

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

  • Greens

  • Vegetable oil

Cooking

Cook the chicken in 1.25 l of water for 15 minutes.

Slice the potatoes, add to the chicken and cook for another 20 minutes.

Strain the broth, meat separated from the bones, and along with the potatoes grind in a blender.

Pour puree broth, season with salt and pepper. Cook for 5-7 minutes.

Make puree of green peas.

Combine milk with flour, stir well, pour the pea puree and whisk.

Add the pea puree to the pan, stir and cook for 5 minutes.

Carrots and onion, sauté and add to the soup,

Cook for about 3 minutes.

    супчик оказался очень вкусным, хотя я в этом сомневалась, думала, что просто перевожу продукты. не указано, какой горошек используется, я взяла консервированный.
