Cream soup of pumpkin with rice

Ingredients

  • Chicken breast

  • Pumpkin

    600 g

  • Carrots

    1 piece

  • Onion

  • Pepper

  • Water

    750 ml

  • Salt

    1 tsp

  • Allspice

    0.5 tsp

  • Cream

    100 ml

  • Potatoes

Prepare the broth. I do second the broth. Chicken fillet boil, boil 2 minutes, drain the water, rinse the meat. Fill the pot with boiling water, add meat, onions, carrots, pepper, salt. Simmer for 20 minutes.

Pumpkin peel, remove the peel, remove seeds, flesh cut into cubes of medium size.

Add boiled rice, bring to a boil. Oven to turn off. I have a furnace, it will still keep the heat (the soup is stewed for 10 minutes).
