Cooking
1. Scrape the carrots, wash and cut into slices.
2. Heat the pan with a thick butter and fry the carrots.
3. Add the rice and lightly browned.
4. Pour a small amount of water (to cover all the carrots with the rice), add salt and cook 15 minutes.
5. Divide the soup into two parts.
6. Half of the soup to postpone the rest to do with the help of a blender puree, add cream and bring to a boil, season with salt and pepper. Add to puree the deferred portion of the soup and re-heat. Serve the soup, sprinkle it with chopped dill.
