Salad
A delicious, hearty, layered salad with smoked chicken, prunes and crispy pickled opiatnami.

Ingredients

  • Garnet

  • Pepper

  • Mayonnaise

  • Walnuts

    30 g

  • Garlic

    1 tooth

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Mushrooms

    150 g

  • Chicken egg

    3 piece

  • Cheese

    150 g

  • Prunes

    70 g

  • Chicken

    200 g

  • Greens

Cooking

Chicken fillet cut into small cubes. Cheese to grate on medium or coarse grater. Eggs to boil. Whites and yolks separately to grate. Proteins - large. Yolks - for small.

Prunes wash, fill with boiling water and leave for 20-30 minutes, cut into small cubes. Finely chop the onion and fry in a pan with vegetable oil until soft, mix with mushrooms. Walnuts chopped. Garlic skip through the press, mix with mayonnaise.

Lay the prepared ingredients on a platter or in a salad bowl layers. 1st layer-mushrooms with onions+mayonnaise+a little bit of walnuts.

2nd layer: half of the yolks

4th layer: half smoked chicken+mayonnaise+a little walnut

5-th layer: prunes mayonnaise is not a lot of walnuts

6th layer: half smoked chicken+mayonnaise+a little bit of walnuts.

7-th layer: half the cheese

8th layer: grated egg whites+mayonnaise. The top layer gently flatten with a knife.

Sprinkle grated on a fine grater egg yolk and decorate with pieces of Bulgarian pepper, greens and pomegranate seeds. Salad put into the refrigerator and allow to stand.
