Apple pie
Fast, affordable, gentle cake for a family tea party. Sure, not a new recipe, but rather as a version of the design pie.

Ingredients

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Yogurt

    240 ml

  • Brown sugar

    150 g

  • Flour

    2 cup

  • Vegetable oil

    100 ml

  • Vanilla sugar

    1 pack

  • Apple

    3 piece

  • Leavening agent

    2 tsp

  • Butter

    1 tsp

Cooking

1. Beat eggs with sugar. Add yogurt and beat again. Sift flour with baking powder and to enter into kefir mixture. The batter should be fairly thick.

2. Then in the dough add the butter and stir it into the batter with a spatula. Put the dough in the form greased with oil. I have a 15*20 cm Oven heat to 180C.

3. Apples cut into 4 parts. Remove the core and cut into slices. On top of the dough, the apples, pressing the dough. Bake the pie about 40 minutes, until dry sticks.
