Description
The recipe is from the magazine "Worker" in 1978. Indeed, very original, easy, tasty and healthy. If to exclude from the ham, will make a great salad for Lenten table.

Cooking
Celery grate on a grater.
Mustard, vinegar, vegetable oil whisk.
Greens celery cut. Pour celery (root and greens) with the dressing, leave for 0.5 – 1 hour.
Then cut into cubes potatoes and beets.
Apple sticks, better to sprinkle it with lemon juice to avoid darkening.
Ham also cut into strips.
Spread the mushrooms (champignons)
Mix everything. The original recipe asked to add mayonnaise (200 g), I did not add, some of home has been added to your plate. In the end, everybody was happy, so it's a matter of taste. In the journal recommended to continue to lay out salad on a dish, garnish with slices of boiled potato, beetroot, parsley (I used dill). All, salad is ready. Bon appetit!
