Coffee biscuits with chocolate filling
Very tasty and easy to prepare cookies!

Ingredients

  • Flour

    200 g

  • Butter

    100 g

  • Sugar

    100 g

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Vanilla

    1 piece

  • Salt

    0.25 tsp

  • Cocoa powder

    3 Tbsp

  • Coffee natural

    2 tsp

  • Leavening agent

    1 tsp

  • Pasta chocolate

    6 Tbsp

Blend butter with sugar until smooth

Add the egg and mix well.

Sift flour mixed with cocoa powder, coffee, baking powder, add vanilla salt, mix well. Parts add to the egg-sugar-butter mass, stirring constantly.

Knead the dough, wrap it in clingfilm and put in the fridge for 30-40 minutes

Roll out dough to a rectangular layer with a thickness of 3-4 mm.

Ration to lay a paper for baking and put the loaf. Bake at 180 degrees for 10-12 minutes. Leave to cool on a wire rack. Chilled roll cut into pieces
