Liver pate with mushrooms and buckwheat
Buckwheat and liver - a very useful combination. But not all love him and understand. There comes to mind a joke: "don't You like cats? -Yes you just don't know how to cook them!" Offer you to prepare delicious and healthy pie from buckwheat with chicken liver.

Ingredients

  • Buckwheat

    0.5 cup

  • Chicken liver

    300 g

  • Mushrooms

    50 g

  • Vegetable oil

    2 Tbsp

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Garlic

    1 tooth

  • The mixture of peppers

    0.25 tsp

  • Coriander

    0.5 tsp

  • Soy sauce

    3 Tbsp

  • Green onions

  • Cream

    50 ml

Cooking

Take unground buckwheat from "Mistral", fill with water in the ratio 1: 2, bring to a boil and cook until tender 20 minutes on low heat.

Onions and garlic cut into cubes and fry until transparent in vegetable oil. Although the shape of the cut and the size is not of fundamental importance, as it will still be all crushed.

Add the chopped slices mushrooms and fry everything for a few minutes.

Put the chicken livers, fry, stirring occasionally.

Add the soy sauce, coriander and svezhemoloty a mixture of peppers, stir and simmer 15 minutes on low heat with the lid closed.

Braised liver put prepared buckwheat, stir, turn off the fire, allow to cool slightly.

Grind the liver with buckwheat through a meat grinder or blender. Add the cream, if the mass is too thick.

Ready to paste put into cans or wrap in foil and put in the fridge to cool.

Serve pie, as usual, with bread, sprinkled with green onion. Bon appetit!
