Winter snack of cucumbers
Light and tasty cooking meals for winter nights

Ingredients

  • Cucumber

    2.5 kg

  • Onion

    0.5 kg

  • Dill

    150 g

  • Vegetable oil

    200 g

  • Sugar

    4 Tbsp

  • Salt

    3 Tbsp

  • Vinegar essence

    3 tsp

Cooking

Small cucumbers to the pan and to cut the ends

Slice cucumber roundels with a thickness of 1 cm, to it add finely chopped dill and chopped onion rings

To the sliced vegetables add the remaining ingredients and mix thoroughly ( because I love the pickles at the sharper we have added on top of ground black pepper and 2 rings spicy pepper, with a thickness of 0.5 cm ) and leave for 8 hours in a cool place.

After 8 hours to sort out all the jars and sterilized (0.5 - liter 6-minute,1 - liter - 20 minutes)
