Homemade salted herring with lemon
Delicious homemade salted herring.. love to all my friends and family.. at odds with a Bang! Always add salt myself, tastes much better. I think you will like it.

Ingredients

  • Herring

    2 piece

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Lemon

    1 slice

  • Salt

    2 Tbsp

  • Sugar

    1 Tbsp

  • Black pepper

  • Vegetable oil

    150 g

  • Vinegar

    3 tsp

Cooking

Take two herring (I'm trying to get fatter).

Separate the fish from the bones.

Prepare a mixture of salt and sugar, stir.

Fish cut into pieces and coat generously with this mixture, leave for exactly 1 hour.40 min. then rinse each piece under cold running water. and put it into the bowl to fish the glass.

Arrange the herring in the reservoir, you can pan or jar (I do it in the Bank). Pour in a container of vegetable oil, vinegar, sprinkle with a small amount of lemon, add pepper.. and on top arrange the onion. leave for a day in the fridge
