Eggplant with onions
The recipe is simple. Such conservation variety to your table during lent as an addition to cereals and potatoes. Try it, maybe you'll like it.

Ingredients

  • Eggplant

    4 kg

  • Juice

    1 l

  • Garlic

    3 piece

  • Peppers red hot chilli

    1 piece

  • Sugar

    75 g

  • Salt

    100 g

  • Black pepper

    20 piece

  • Vinegar

    150 g

  • Tomato

    1.5 kg

  • Onion

    1.5 kg

  • Sunflower oil

    250 g

Eggplant wash, cut into slices, a little salt. Let stand for 1 hour, went to the bitterness. Fry in vegetable oil

In sterilized jars (I prefer half liter, just enough for one lunch or dinner for the family) to lay down layers of eggplant, onion, tomatoes. Pour tomato juice with spices. Sterilized for 1.5 hours (assuming that the store will have in a hot apartment). If it is possible to store at least 20-22 degrees, then you can do 20 minutes. Roll up and put in storage.
