Cream soup with mushrooms
Wonderful, very tasty and delicate cream soup.

Ingredients

  • Mushrooms

    400 g

  • Cream

    200 ml

  • Carrots

    1 piece

  • Flour

    2 Tbsp

  • Butter

    50 g

Cooking

Cook the mushrooms.

Cook until the mushrooms fry in butter carrots.

A couple of tablespoons of flour fry in butter.

Then when the mushrooms are cooked, take them out with a slotted spoon from the broth.

Boiled mushrooms, flour, carrots and cream mix in blender. I have no blender, but there is a cap on the mixer (seen in the photo).

In the mixture pour in the stock stirring constantly to avoid lumps, you can once again mix with a mixer until smooth. On top of the plate to distribute the crackers. Bon appetit!!!!
