Soup - risotto
The recipe for this soup I read in a cookbook and decided to share it with you. She also cooked for the first time.

Ingredients

  • Meat

    600 g

  • Onion

  • Carrots

    1 piece

  • Roots

    1 piece

  • Figure

  • Chicken egg

  • Butter

    1 Tbsp

  • Greens

  • Water

Cooking

Peeled and washed vegetables cut lengthwise into halves and arrange on a heated pan cut down so they baked until brown. (I have parsley root was not, therefore, prepared without it)

Boil broth with baked vegetables until the meat is cooked.

Boil the rice until cooked and add a tablespoon of butter.

The rice is spread evenly on the pan and pour the egg, loosening in two spoons of water. Bake in the oven. To cool down a bit.
