Delicious cake with cottage cheese filling and cherries. Crisp and very tender. And most importantly is fast and simple!

Cooking
Make the dough: in proseyannuyu flour to grate margarine.
Add the yolks, cocoa, slaked soda and sour cream.
Mix well, knead the dough, divide into 2 equal parts and chill for 1 hour.
Make filling: in curd, add melted butter and beat with a blender until smooth. Then beat well with a mixer whites with sugar, vanilla sugar and add in cheese.
And gently mix. The stuffing is ready.
Prepare form (I have a 26 cm round). I always use parchment, but you can just lubricate. One portion of the dough spread on the bottom of the form.
On top of the dough evenly lay out all the stuffing.
Then the filling evenly grate the second part of the test.
Bake in the oven at 180 gr. approximately 1 hour.
