Cooking
Salad put on a plate.
Scrape the carrots and cut into thin long ribbons.
Mix the breadcrumbs with the sesame seeds.
Mix the flour with the salt, thyme and ground black pepper.
Cut pork on the plate. Roll each piece in flour. Dip cheese slices in beaten egg, mixed with milk. Then breaded in breadcrumbs and sesame seeds. Fry in preheated pan for 2 minutes on each side. Salad with carrots, season with olive oil, season with salt and pepper. Spread on top of toasted cheese.
