Gratin with minced meat and vegetables
Very tasty casserole with chicken meat, zucchini, sweet peppers and tomatoes in a creamy sauce. The recipe for this dish was posted on the website in 2008 by user Mouse-Katyusha called "Casserole-ground beef and zucchini" and is illustrated with me in the framework of "Coloring".

Ingredients

  • Minced chicken

    500 g

  • Zucchini

    400 g

  • Pepper

    1 piece

  • Tomato

    300 g

  • Butter

    60 g

  • Flour

    60 g

  • Milk

    500 ml

  • Cream

    150 ml

  • Cheese

    200 g

  • Onion

    2 piece

  • Garlic

    1 tooth

  • Basil

  • Olive oil

  • Spices

Cooking

Onion and garlic finely and fry together with the minced meat until cooked. Season with salt and pepper.

Zucchini peel and cut into circles.

Pepper cut into small cubes.

Zucchini sauté in olive oil on both sides, add the pepper and saute for about 10 minutes. In the end add chopped Basil, salt and pepper.

For the sauce in butter fry flour, pour the milk and cream and cook for about 7 minutes until thick. Season with salt and pepper and pour half grated cheese.

In a baking dish and spread the minced meat, then fried vegetables. On top lay the sliced tomatoes.

Pour all of the sauce and sprinkle with remaining cheese. Put in a preheated 200°C oven and bake until Golden brown (about 30 minutes).
