Cooking
Chicken fillet cut into small cubes, add egg whites, salt, pepper. Mix well.
On a medium grater grate the potatoes and carrots, squeeze the juice, add the egg, starch, salt and mix thoroughly.
Of potato and carrot mass of the formed bun, mash it lightly and in the middle put a spoonful of the filling of chicken and gently form a Patty.
Fry on medium heat in vegetable oil until tender.
