Cooking
Peel large carrots and cook two medium tomatoes. Red or yellow - your choice.
Carrots grate on a coarse grater, add salt, sugar, pepper and Basil. Fry in vegetable oil until Golden state. If you are preparing pasta for the kids, pepper and spices you need to exclude.
Two medium tomatoes grate using grater, cut vegetables in half. The skin we do not need. I used yellow tomatoes, but you can use red or pink, according to your desire.
Add the tomatoes to the carrots and fry all together for a few minutes. Taste the gravy for salt.
Boil the pasta al'dente in salted water. Not to digest! Drain them in a colander, do not rinse!
Quickly put boiled pasta in a convenient container, add the tomato-carrot sauce and gently mix everything together! Try the taste, if you need to correct it.
Serve with a salad of fresh vegetables. Who wants, can add meat - chop or any other on your taste. We did not need it!
