  • Flour

    50 g

  • Butter

    30 g

  • Milk

    250 ml

  • Cheese

    100 g

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Salt

Tomatoes cut in half crosswise, remove the core and put the slices down to drained the excess fluid.

Flour lightly fry in butter, dilute with milk, add cheese, egg yolks, salt, whipped protein. Should get a homogeneous consistency of the mass.
