Air biscuit
This wonderful, airy, melting in your mouth cake, covered with a jelly glaze I made for our sweet, generous and sympathetic Lyubochka (howcast). The cake cooked very simply, easily and quickly, but it is unusually lush and delicious!

Ingredients

  • Yogurt

    1 cup

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Sugar

    1 cup

  • Vanilla

    1 pack

  • Soda

    1 tsp

  • Flour

    2 cup

Connect all products, except flour and beat with a mixer. Pour the flour and again beat until smooth.

Pour the batter into a greased form. I have a form 26 cm in diameter.

Put in the preheated oven and bake at 180 degrees for 25-30 minutes.

Delicious and fast! It gives a fluffy, tender biscuit with a slight scent of vanilla! And the frosting is super cool, with a taste of lemon jelly and slices of soft marmalade... mmm... great!!!
