Bean soup with noodles
Try to offer You a simple, very easy bean soup with noodles and roasted garlic.

Ingredients

  • Beans

    200 g

  • Water

    450 ml

  • Noodles

    20 g

  • Garlic

    2 tooth

  • Vegetable oil

    1 tsp

  • Soy sauce

    10 g

  • Carrots

    30 g

  • Spices

  • Seasoning

  • Greens

To prepare the beans. I used white (chernoglazka). At night the beans pour cold water and leave in the fridge. In the morning drain the water, rinse beans and boil until tender. Add salt to taste at the end of cooking. Beans rinsed. Bean broth can be used for making vegetable pancakes.

In the capacity to connect in 100g boiled kidney beans, 50 ml of water and blend.

In the bean puree to add 100g of beans, cover with water (400ml), bring to boil and switch the stove on a medium heat.

Add the noodles, spices and seasoning to taste. At this stage add the grated on a medium grater carrots (I had already boiled, so I added at the very end of cooking). Cook for about 5 minutes.

Garlic cut into slices and pour soy sauce. I used naturally brewed light soy sauce TM Kikkoman. In skillet, heat vegetable oil and add the garlic with the sauce. Fry on medium heat for about two minutes.

Roasted garlic sauce to add to the soup. To turn off the stove, cover and let stand for 15 minutes. When serving sprinkle with herbs. The soup is ready, let's eat.
