Description

Chicken noodle French
Very tasty and flavorful dish for the whole family. Prepares simple and budget.

Ingredients

  • Yolk egg

    2 piece

  • Lemon juice

    1 Tbsp

  • Salt

  • Cilantro

    1 piece

  • Chicken

  • Vermicelli

    0.5 cup

  • Allspice

  • Cream

    100 ml

  • Pepper

    1 piece

  • Water

    2 l

Cooking

Wash the meat, put in a saucepan with 2 liters of water, bring to a boil. Cook for approximately 30 min.

Remove the chicken from the broth, allow to cool. Remove the meat from the bones, cut into small cubes.

Strain the broth, again bring to a boil.

Put noodles,

chicken pieces,

bell pepper, diced. Cook for 10 min.

Whisk in a bowl the cream, yolks and lemon juice.

Inject the mixture into the boiling broth and stir. Heat over low heat without bringing to a boil, 5-7 minutes.

Chop the cilantro and

together with the crushed garlic add to the soup. To turn off the stove and

let stand. Pour into bowls.
