Soup of leeks with potatoes
1 recipe - 3 ways of filing. The dish Welsh food, very quick and easy to implement, and very interesting to taste.

Ingredients

  • Bacon

    100 g

  • Butter

    25 g

  • Leeks

    2 piece

  • Potatoes

    450 g

  • Broth

    900 ml

  • Milk

    300 ml

  • Parsley

    2 Tbsp

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

  • Lemon juice

Cooking

To prepare the products. Bacon, leeks, potatoes and parsley peel and finely chop.

In a large saucepan with a thick bottom, heat the oil and fry the bacon.

Add the potatoes, cook on low heat for 5 minutes.

Add the leeks and cook for another 2 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Pour in the stock, bring to the boil. Cook for 15 minutes.

Add the milk,

Salt and pepper to taste and cook for another 5 minutes.
