Recently got my hands on my mother's cookbook with the recipes of those times! The taste of childhood!!!

Ingredients

  • Tomato

    3 kg

  • Onion

    1.4 kg

  • Carrots

    1.4 kg

  • Pepper

    200 g

  • Salt

    100 g

  • Sugar

    200 g

  • Vinegar

    300 ml

  • Black pepper

    10 piece

  • Bay leaf

    6 piece

  • Vegetable oil

    300 ml

Cooking

Carrots on a coarse grater or cubes

Put all in a saucepan and add salt, leave for 10-12 hours.
